Location

Capriasca is a fascinating region offering a perfect blend of nature, culture, and history. Characterized by green hills, lush forests, and picturesque villages, this area is a haven for hiking and cycling enthusiasts.

Villaggio Sureggio is near the bike path connecting the city of Lugano to Tesserete. From the latter, numerous easily accessible walks and bike rides start. In the warmer season, there are also natural pools to cool off along the way.

In a 20-minute drive, guests can immerse themselves in Lugano's historic center, with its beautiful Parco Ciani, museums, the San Lorenzo Cathedral, and the terraces of Piazza della Riforma. For hiking and biking enthusiasts, Monte Bre and the Sentiero degli Ulivi are just 20 minutes by car.

The urban bus stop is 50 meters from the property (buses every 30 minutes). To visit other nearby locations, the FFS train is the ideal means to get to Paradiso, Agno, Melide (Swissminiatur), or Rivera for a dip in the Splash&SPA pools. For day trips, the Ticino capital, Bellinzona, and Locarno, home of the International Film Festival, are 45 minutes by car, as are the main cities of the Insubric lakes (Como and Varese). The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, about 60 minutes by car.
